| SOUTH EAST CONFERENCE TEMPORARY SECRETARIAT |

Presently our secretariat is in a small temporary structure, part of which
is the presidents residence. But there is a hope for a permanent structure. Right now, a solid foundation has been laid. This
is exactly our plan for the first stage of the two-story secretariat building. When
completed the structure will house the offices, the Adventist Book Center,
and a conference center. The last floor is designed to serve as guest rooms. When completed, it is hoped our guests will not have need to worry about befitting
accommodation in South East Conference.
Here
is a rundown of what it will take us to bring our dreams into reality:

Another
structure, which we hope to house the president and provide at least two guest rooms, has reached the roofing level. We are praying God for funds to effect the roofing before December 2004.

| PRESIDENT & GUEST HOUSE UNDER CONSTRUCTION |
Our
landscaping and erosion control has gone quite successful. With the direct labour
of members and staff, we have been able to rescue the land from the erosion menace.
With some more effort, the concrete work on the drive way will soon get to the main road. We thank all the volunteers who came out to support the work. We
still pray that this kind gesture will continue when we call upon you soon for the finishing of the work. May God bless you!
